Our Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from when it was shipped, with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees (optional). To receive a return authorization on orders shipped within the United States follow the steps outlined below.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days.

To expedite exchanging for different product, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately by email at service@moizartjewelry.com. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Moizart Jewelry. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Moizart Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

* Returns do not apply to the following items:

  • Non-USD currencies.
  • Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
  • Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
  • Engraved items.

Returns are processed during weekdays once the items have been received at our Service Center. Following receipt of your returned item, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an average of 1-2 weeks for full processing. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Moizart Jewelry), or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Please allow another 7 - 10 days after processing for your bank to post credit against your account.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Removal of Moizart Jewelry's 'Quality Check Seal' tags may not be returned. Final sale jewelry items may not be returned. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns without a Moizart Jewelry return code (Return Merchandize Authorization), and returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

 

How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

To return jewelry item to Moizart Jewelry, follow the below process:

For all returns, email: service@moizartjewelry.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. For all returns, please write this code on the bottom of your purchase invoice and place within the return shipment box.     

We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write Moizart Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.

Insure Your Package (Optional). We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. For your convenience and at your discretion, insurance can be purchased through your local courier of choice.

 

PayPal Returns

PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

 

Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Moizart Jewelry will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred.

If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.

 

After Your Return Is Received by Moizart Jewelry 

Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team one business day, up to 24 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system. Failure to obtain a Return Authorization code will delay receiving your return.

Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-4 days.

Credits To Your Charge Card 

Credit card purchases and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Moizart Jewelry has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.

 

Cancel Or Change An Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email us at service@moizartjewelry.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. We sell these products as "Final Sale" to maintain significant discounts. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is "Final Sale" prior to making your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to service@moizartjewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return.

 

Acceptance of Returns

Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.

 

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund, we require an invoice with Return Authorization Code.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@moizartjewelry.com

 

Final Sale items

Only regular priced items and on sale items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
