We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our jewelry from date of purchase. We guarantee our jewelry are free from defects at time of delivery as they must pass our strict quality control check. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our office for inspection and repair. If the problem is deemed to be from a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you (return shipping to our company not included).

If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear defined below, then our certified jewelers can repair the jewelry at very competitive pricing.

Normal wear and tear includes:

• Scratches on the metal parts of jewelry
• Surface coating worn off
• Jewelry accumulates dirt and oils through normal use
• Stone settings become loose over time

We do not cover or insure for the loss of jewelry or of larger moissanite gems. We strongly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance for coverage against loss.

Damage to moissanite gemstones (chipping, scratching, etc) is not covered by the warranty.

Precious metals are softer metals by nature. If enough pressure or force is applied, its possible to bend. The bending of bands, mountings and prongs is wear and tear or damage related and not due to a defect in manufacturing. Therefore while our company can usually fix it, it isn't covered by our warranty.

Moizartjewelry.com does not reimburse for work performed by 3rd party jewelry shops. Having work performed by 3rd party jewelry shops nullifies the jewelry warranty.
